This study examines the impact of gender on the utilization of computerized feedback. By comparing the decision making

process of men and women using a computer-based managerial decision system, the results of this study show that women

use the feedback provided by their systems more effectively. This is relevant to HCI’s focus on the ways humans interact

with information, technologies, and tasks. In particular, this study explores the production decision making process of men

and women using a computer-based managerial decision system.
